Who we are
SRS Recruiting Ltd ("SRS", "we", "us") is a recruitment agency registered in England and Wales, company no. 16901496, registered office 89 Chorley Road, Swinton, Manchester M27 4AA. What we collect
This website has no accounts and no tracking. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us: by phone, by email, or with an enquiry form (which opens your own email app with your enquiry written out). That can include your name, company, email address, phone number, the role you're hiring for or looking for, and anything else you tell us.
If you're looking for work and we take you on as a candidate, we'll also hold the details you give us to find you work, such as your CV, work history, qualifications, licences and right-to-work documents.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about our services (our legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
- To find candidates for clients, and work for candidates, including sharing a candidate's details with a client they're being put forward to (a contract with you, or our legitimate interests).
- To meet our legal duties, such as right-to-work checks, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, and tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Clients we put you forward to (with your agreement), and the providers who run our systems: our email and office software, our recruitment database, and our website host. They only process your information on our instructions.
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies or use analytics. Its fonts and icons load from Google Fonts and unpkg, which means your browser shares your IP address with them to fetch those files.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we're in touch about them, and up to two years after. Candidate and client records are kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example, six years for financial records).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to someone else. Email info@srsrecruiting.co.uk and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
